Susan made great recommendation and picked out the windows, so I didn't have to do a lot of shopping around. They showed up on time and cleaned up after the work. The crew members are trust-worthy which is great for a busy professional like myself. I left the house to them in the morning and went on with my day. They locked it up at the end of the day, cleaned up construction related mess so when I got home it was as if nothing had happened, except for all the brand new windows on the wall!!! There were some minor issues with a few windows, but when I pointed them out, they fixed them right away. While the new deck looked OK, there were missed areas on the existing porch. The quality of the staining itself was variable - there were areas where they did a great job, and others that were missed, overlooked, or intentionally ignored. The eaves were among the intentionally ignored, and I was told "that's defined as part of the roof structure, which isn't included." Excuse me, but the contract says "clean and stain exterior of screen porch" - it does not say "screen porch walls only." Another ignored area was the top edge of the fascia and floorboards, which they stained above, and below, leaving a gap. And there were several other spots that were overlooked even after a visit to complete punch list items. I asked multiple times to talk to the owner but he never called me back. Next time I'll just hire a real house painter."
