"I inherited a house that sat unmaintained for 30 years. It was essentially an eyesore and needed major repairs. I hired Andre Costa of Elite Painting & Remodeling LLC and he essentially breathed new life into the house and transformed it into a gorgeous property. The transformation is incredible! He explained all the repairs that were necessary so there were no surprises. He demoed + replaced the entire kitchen - the countertops, the cabinets, the butcher's block, the sink and all appliances. All was updated extremely professionally and beautifully. It is now amazing and bright. He replaced the bathroom toilets, tubs and vanities. Repaired the plumbing and fixed the tile. If the estimate is accepted and the contract signed, the contractor shall also share its license and insurance information in a timely manner with my COA BOD to satisfy that rule. Neither cracked and stained area is covered by an insurance claim but both failed a 4 pts inspection for evidence of unrepaired old water damage. That being the case, all of the work must be warranted to pass a 4 pts inspection, a COA BOD inspection, an insurance agent or company inspection, and/or a realtor, real estate agency or potential or actual buyer inspection that will occur over the next year. The Sherman Williams paint shall be warranted for 25 years. Need to start and finish the water damage restoration work ASAP.
