"Can't praise the young man who came enough! He climbed into the hot attic and found our guess about leaking drip pan under unit was correct.. but drain line needed to be cleaned out .. which is done from outside. As it turns out, new staff members had thrown away the key to the security lock which protected the HVAC units on outside of building. While I ran to buy a huge bolt cutter to cut the chain, he climbed the fence with a ladder to access the drain line. Now. that is going truly "above and beyond" ... drain line cleared and no problems since then. Subscribed to their maintenance plan for office units.. so yearly cleaning, etc. should keep this from being repeat occasion."
