I made contact Dec 3, 2023 with Aaron and supplied him with the list of plumbing repairs. After more than 3 weeks he contacted me on Dec 27 to apologize that he got tied up with a large project but would be able to schedule early the following week. To date (Feb 29, 2024) there has been no callback from Aaron. The repairs are now an emergency with a March 31, 2024 deadline. As a longtime member of Angi's list and born and raised in Hawaii, I thought I was hiring the best person for the job. Instead I am thoroughly disappointed and disheartened. So much so I felt I needed to share my experience. Frankly, I would have had more respect if Aaron had just told me up front that he wasn't interested or didn't want to take the job so I could hire someone else more responsive, efficient and professional."

Apparently, there's some hidden small print in their return policy that if you open the box and touch the product, that item is no longer eligible for a refund. They claim that the part showed signs of installation such as scuff marks. I asked for the part to be sent back to me for inspection by other professionals, but they refused because they disposed of the part. I've never encountered with such a scam company as this one and advise all to stay away from their misleadings! Good luck trying to get a refund from them, you're not getting one."
