"It is with great pleasure I am writing this review for Tod Anderson and his crew at Anderson Landscaping, LLC. Tod Anderson and his crew did an outstanding job removing my overgrown backyard and replaced it with a beautiful, tropical landscape that included a soothing custom water feature. In addition, his team installed grass that enhanced the backyard and turned it into a lush, green oasis. His selection of various palms and butterfly attracting plants has invited nature into the landscape with songbirds and butterflies that has made it a unique private sanctuary. His whole team worked tirelessly over the course of a couple of weeks to transform our rundown backyard, rebuilding the broken-down fence, removing dead and overgrown plants such as bamboo and firebushes, replacing them with new palms and colorful plants, turning an eyesore into an inviting refuge. Tods diligence, his excellent listening skills, eye for color, and passion for horticultural design really transformed our backyard into a tropical getaway and surpassed our expectations. Furthermore, Tods whole crew from his office managers to his yard workers are all blue-chip assets to his business. It is comforting to know that there are people out there who follow through on what you ask them to do, from listening to our vision during our first consultation to interpreting and delivering on it. I have discussed with him future plans for a phase two project which will continue to create an inviting design for our front yard that completes and complements the back yard. "The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
