"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

He provided us with a prompt and reasonable quote in comparison to other quotes from contractors we interviewed for the job. Due to the slope of our backyard, some panels had to be installed in “steps” to properly install the fence. John and his men did a wonderful job in aligning the steps to give our fence an interesting and attractive look. We live on a lake. Neighbors regularly stop in front of our fence to admire its appearance. The back of our house looks like a picture. The gate is hanging incorrectly and not allowing the fence to lock. Additionally, we were told the fence would take a couple months for the green pressure treated material to dry out an disappear. It has now been 11 months and it's still shown throughout the whole fence. We have email, text messaged and WhatsApp messaged Tony over 10 times and no answers. We it came time to initial payment, material payment and final payment they had no trouble to constantly calling and emailing for payment. Now that we need them to repair incorrect installment, they act in bad faith."
