"The owner, Tito, and primary construction engineer came to my home to provide an estimate. They were kind and prompt and gave me options based upon my desires for my deck. And this was a deck redo from some prior shoddy work done by another company. They did not pressure me and overall seemed to want to provide a professional service and make it better. The next day, I had an email to provide a specific estimate . Tito remained available via email text or phonecall. They stuck to their estimated start date and kept in touch for any rain delays. They saved my pergola from the work of another contractor ....something they did not have to even try to do for me. I also asked for a privacy wall adjustment just prior to construction. Tito took my idea with ease and again gave me options. It was great, honest, prompt, reliable work at a good price. I would trust them with your hard earned money. I love my deck!!"

"(This was to replace my attic stairs - no selection for this in the application) Corey and Missy did an excellent job replacing my attic stairs. The old ones were a non-standard size, which required some craftmanship. The whole effort took about 2.5 hours, and every step of the way, Corey was taking his time to do a perfect job. He truly cares and takes pride in his work. I was very pleased with the end product. Corey and Missy were punctual and very friendly and professional. I truly felt at ease with them in my home and am thinking of asking them to quote other projects for me. In this day and age, this courteous, professional attitude, and attention to detail are rare. "Unbelievable!!! 10/10 recommend! Being a new home owner in an older house it can be extremely overwhelming trying to get the projects you want done. Old city came to my house with a multitude of projects on the checklist and completed each one with an attitude like it was their own house! They first fixed/installed flooring in the basement with an incredible amount of focus and integrity on the work at hand and it was not an easy task with so many issues left from old owners BUT It turned out amazing! I also had broken stairs, a closet maid to install and issues with a wall in the bathroom. They did it all quickly and efficiently. It is amazing to watch people take their trade to the heart to try and provide the best quality and experience for the Customer. Iâ ve employed many contractors in the past with the â thatâ s good enoughâ mindset leaving me with more problems than I started with, old city is the complete opposite.
