He did not charge me for his time because he didn't find anything wrong with my vehicle--the issues were documented defects for the make and model. Luis was thorough and took his time to explain everything before and after he worked on my vehicle. There were no surprise repairs or charges. Everything was straightforward, easy, and above board.
