I needed a couple of holes drilled in walls of the house, from the outside, so I could run some ethernet cable. Either they couldn't handle the scope of this job, they thought it beneath them, or they felt I wasn't substantial enough of a customer to be worth their time. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, amateurish, and ignorant. Do not waste your time with these people."
