At least the first 3 times they sent someone out they were friendly and lied through their teeth. Jeff Sxxxxxx was nasty, aggressive, and unprofessional. He took everything personal and would not repair a part broken by a previous employee of auchinachie because how is that fair to me? He would not honor the warranty I was promised because apparently the previous plumber had been lying about that. He made me feel unsafe, taken advantage of and like a fool for ever trusting them. Every other interaction has been one of constantly adding money to the bill with no warning and so they were kind. When I finally asked them to honor their commitments, I was told he was there to help me but was not going to help if I had an attitude about it."

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right!
