He evaluated the furniture and gave us a very reasonable estimate and timeframe to complete this sizeable job. Chris communicated regularly with us regarding the progress, sent pictures for our review and asked for our feedback. The project was completed timely and delivered back to us. "We just had our new Moisture Shield composite deck installed by The Deck & Patio Company and couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, this company is five star. From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. They are a well-oiled machine and the entire process was smooth and painless. We would hire them again for future projects."

"Company was initally very professional and prompt to provide quote. Prices were a little higher than other quotes but reasonable. I had asked for a quote for a smaller scope and was given a price. I then asked if my patio and sidewalk could be added to the new quote for a discounted rate and was told no, which was fine. When I called to schedule, I was told the price was going to be an additional $50 dollars from the quoted rate because I wasn't including all the areas and I could "take it or leave it because he (Mr Orr) no longer wanted to do my project anyway because I begged for a discount" so he would no longer honor the rate he emailed me for the house only. It was a disappointing phone call considering he previously told me they pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction. I hope that Mr Orr was simply having a bad day and does not treat all his customers this way simply because they have a small project. Prior to my phone call with him I was willing to pay the higher rate vs his competitors because I believed in his company. Now I am not so sure about his customer service guarantee if you are not a corporate customer."
