"We were initially hesitant to hire MTS to replace our roof because they didn't have much in the way of reviews and their quote was the lowest we received by far. The other companies gave us quotes which were 2 or 3 times higher for the same materials and warranty. We eventually decided to give them a chance because Matt was very patient about answering all our questions and explained everything, including how he came to that price. He wasn't at all pushy and even our dog approved (seriously, our dog barked non-stop at everyone else who came to give a quote, but he behaved for Matt). When it came time to do the work Matt explained the unexpected issues which came up, telling the positive and negatives of each option, and didn't pressure us to change the plan. The final price was exactly as quoted and the yard was thoroughly cleaned. We found a single nail which had been in a crack under the dumpster which was taken away the following morning after they left.
