"Jim was fantastic!!! Called me within an hour of requesting a pro contact me, arranged for an in home estimate for both my washer and dryer (UGGH!). Was worried that the repairs would cost more than it would to replace, considering one of the big stores (who shall remain nameless here) charges $85 just for the service call and that doesn't touch the estimate, parts and labor. Jim knew right away what was wrong, had both back up and running in just about an hour, and came in at a total of right around $200 for BOTH repairs!!! This was great news, and Jim was a great guy! Hopefully I don't need him anytime soon, but he'll be my first call!!"

"He was very honest. I did not end up fixing my washer but the fact that he gave me an honest opinion and could have ripped me off but instead suggested to buy new. The cost to fix it would have been close to the cost to replace it. He was polite and knowledgeable."
