We had a very large dead oak tree located between two homes in a difficult to access location. They met me at the property the day after I contacted them and gave me a free quote for a reasonable price. As this company had been hired to do the "trim/prune" for our homeowner association, I was familiar with their work (as our home is on a corner lot, with trees in the "parkway" area on the side street next to our home); & they handled these trees with ease and a professional finish that we liked. We obtained the estimate from Jose, with the company (& they were not the cheapest bid!), & had them do the job: arrived early on the appointed day, handled the tree in our front yard that had not been "umbrellaed" since the tree was planted in '09, did an excellent job of "clean up", and allowed me to call their office to apply charges to our credit card. "Frank and his crew are absolutely great. They are all professional and have pride in their work. They removed a very large oak tree, which was ill. It was located in our backyard near the fence, our house and electrically lines. The job was a "big" job but they did it with ease and with quality work. They pruned another tree for us and did some additional work, all was of 5 Star Quality! Yes, they absolutely would receive my recommendation."
