"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

Not only did he work with us on these issues we should have had handled before he started the job but he delivered some incredible tile work. They completed the job in less time than we were quoted, stayed in budget, cleaned up after themselves and did an absolutely PERFECT job on our tile! HIRE THEM! "We decided to replace our entire downstairs area of Engineered Wood that had been down a while. I looked at a lot of flooring companies and just wasn't seeing what I wanted. Then I passed Carpet Connection on FM1960, stopped in, and met Darryl Wisenbaker. Darryl took a lot of time showing me everything and I decided on Luxury Vinyl Plank-Karndean-Santina Cherry. He sent me home with 4 good size samples to choose from. We picked out the color and Darryl scheduled the installers. They were very hard working, very knowledgeable, and respectful of our home. We were so pleased, we decided to replace our carped in the Master bedroom, and again, completely thrilled with Carpet Connection. I would highly recommend Carpet Connection on FM1960. You will not be disappointed."
