"We hired Joe to finish/remodel our basement after reviewing so many positive reviews on home advisor. Me and my wife can definitely can say that we are very pleased with Joe. Joe did an excellent job finishing our basement. Worked was done in a timely manner without comprising quality that was paramount for us. Despite a few challenges with the area around Radeon and sub pump. He worked with us with the flexibility to accommodate our concerns and requirement without an additional cost. "First lets just say I am a little OCD when it comes to work in my house :) I needed my basement waterproofed. Given the scope of work and the expense involved I wanted to make sure I get the RIGHT contractor. I got 8 bids for the job. Basement Gurus blew the others away. The price was very competitive. The customer service was great. I knew exactly what they were doing each step of the way. They showed me the materials involved and explained the entire process in detail. The work was beyond expectations. They showed up on time, with a huge crew. Given the size of the crew it was amazing to watch how well everyone worked together. It was like a well oiled machine! I can tell these guys have been doing this for a long time. The finished the job on time and left the place cleaner than before!!! They even had a guy washing my deck to make sure they didn't leave any dusty footprints. That kind of attention to detail is unheard of these days. Overall, they are amazing. I could not have asked for a better crew or customer service!!!"
