"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. The first was to completely gut the master bath, change the layout of the master bath/master bedroom, install new tile/shower/fixtures/closet in the master bath, install new closets in the master bedroom, install cabinets in the closets, upgrade the baseboard heating, and paint both rooms. Michael did a great job. The plumbing and tile work in the bathroom was very high quality. The carpentry and painting in the bedroom was also high quality and all looks very nice. Based on this work we hired Aspire to remodel our second bathroom. This project included tearing out existing tile, plumbing, and fixtures and replacing with new and also applying a final paint job. This project was done with similar high quality and looks very nice. Overall, Michael did a great job and managed all the contractors making sure they also did quality work in a timely manner. Michael was also flexible to incorporate changes that came up in the course of the jobs and gave reasonable prices for the changes. Michael was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him for other projects."
