"JCI is extremely unprofessional, charged me close to 2k for nothing. I used there services twice first time to pump a septic tank which took 2 weeks if not more and the second time to troubleshoot backflow for snake tank. I was under the impression service would be quicker but they had to pump the tank in between installment of deposit due to them being untimely. They where on site for a 1hr dig up 12 of dirt and ran a camera and told me nothing was wrong. I am more disappointed they want me to pay the full price and the lack of impromptu services. Blame was placed on me for there lack of scheduling stating I did not inform them this was a commercial print. Regardless people occupied the home and needed service at least scheduled. I feel robbed."

"Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable, Veteran owned company. I was very impressed with Rick Marlowe. When you call him, if he does not answer your call, he presents a message providing you with a text message allowing you to text him with your purpose for calling. Once your text is sent, he responds, quickly by phone, or with a text letting you know when he will be able to call you back. He arrived early focusing on the outside inspection. When we met, he briefed me on what he had already done, told me what he was going to do on the inside, allowed me to follow him around as he did a detailed inspection of my home. He answered my questions along the way, and summarized his efforts at the end of the inspection. I was very happy about what he did as he showed unexpected attention detail. His reports are clear and very easy to understand, and also lets you know of any issues whether they be immediate or something to monitor for needed future repairs. I'm glad I chose "A" Game Home Inspections to inspect my home."

"Run away from this company as fast as you can. Hours late to start the project. Gouged me on the price of a well pump and the labor. Can't do much at 2:30 in the morning but to just pay the bill. Took 6 hours to change out the well pump with 2 people working on it. Total cost was $3500."

Wastewater from your home from your showers, toilets, sink drains, and washing machines flows to your septic tank. When wastewater enters your septic tank, it divides into three parts sludge, water, and scum. Outlet and inlet pipe positions and baffles keep sludge and scum from leaving the tank. Wastewater, the effluent, moves down pipes to the drain field.
If a septic tank is not pumped, it can lead to serious issues. The accumulation of sludge and scum will eventually overflow into the drain field, causing blockages and system failure. Pipes may become clogged, leading to sewage backups in your home. Pumps can also break due to excessive buildup, and the drain field may become damaged, requiring costly repairs or replacement.
Signs that your septic tank needs to be pumped include unpleasant odors around your property, slow draining sinks and toilets, gurgling sounds in the plumbing, and sewage backups in your home. You may also notice standing water or damp spots near the septic tank or drain field. If you observe any of these signs, it's important to schedule a pumping promptly to prevent system failure.
Septic tank odors are typically caused by gases produced during the breakdown of organic waste in the tank. If these gases escape, it can indicate a problem such as a crack in the tank, a clogged drain field, or issues with the venting system. Odors can also result from overflows due to a full tank. Addressing septic tank odors promptly is important to prevent more serious issues.
You should pump your septic tank every three to five years, depending on factors like tank size and household size. Larger households generate more wastewater and may require more frequent pumping. For example, a family of four with a 1,000-gallon tank may need pumping every three years, while a smaller household with a larger tank might extend to five years. Regular maintenance ensures optimal system performance.
