Additionally, an invoice was only issued upon request and it revealed discrepancies; it included charges for work that was not completed, and some items were billed twice. Furthermore, a subsequent estimate to complete the remaining 20% of the work was quoted at $950, which was unexpectedly $100 higher than the total already paid. This increase was largely due to $450 in travel charges that were not anticipated, as the contractors had sufficient time to complete the job during the initial visit but failed to do so for unclear reasons. "I was supposed to have gravel placed in front yard, it never happened until I complained and then his workers brought out twenty dollars worth of gravel and put it randomly, and they left a huge pile of dead leaves in my front yard, did not do the curbing as originally planned and deven lied and said he did it how it was originally planned. I paid too much for what I got and was treated rudely by deven, all his workers were very nice though. The project turned out ok but I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by any contractor so I can’t recommend this business."

Even if your lawn looks healthy, aeration can still be beneficial. If you have good growth, proper drainage, and little thatch, you might not need to aerate right away.
