"George is so prompt and honest! We've called twice now within a 6 month span and each time he answers & comes quickly to the rescue. The first time he came, he came in 100*+ weather and replaced a part in our A/C unit and did it quickly while still walking us through everything that had to be done. The second time, I called because our heater was making a funny noise & 45 minutes later he came by because we were in his route. And he saw that it was a drywall issue & quickly repaired it. So grateful for his responsiveness!"

Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!"
