Another reason that I’m giving Ben Palm a five star evaluation is because a previous contractor informed me that the only way I could put a screened in porch on the back of my house is to file for a variance. Bent Palm built my screened in porch with no variance and approved by the county. Further the quality of the work was outstanding. Not only did he have contractors to do carpentry work, but he had a great electrician and an even better painter. At the end of the day, the project turned out fantastic."

"We have used The North Star Companies for several jobs in the past, with the most recent being the largest. We hired them do a complete renovation of our home in Severn. The job grew larger as demo began and turned into a job requiring the rebuild of exterior walls, demo of concrete slabs - basically the house had to be rebuilt from the ground up. All new plumbing, electric, framing, windows, siding, roof, etc. I have known Chris for 20+ years and was confident that our forever home would be solid and done right.
