This attribute alone should put them at the top of the ratings. Work crew arrived next morning from contract signing the late afternoon b4. There is a TV advert that touts "Who does that??!!. Well this company did and with luck of the weather, finished in under 3 days. Cosmetic looks great. Obviously no leaks will be the proof of the pudding, but confident that the ways things went, we have no worries. You would be fortunate to have your job done by California Tile Roof Restoration."

I signed off on the contract and was told that it would be 7-10 days for the materials to come in and that we would get a call to set up the repair appointment. Two weeks later we'd heard nothing and when I called I was informed that they actually could not do the repair. This had been determined within two days of my signature on the contract and I NEVER received any kind of notification. So now, the roof is still leaking and I'm back to square one. While they were pleasant to deal with, the lack of communication is completely unacceptable."

Then I got a hold of Erik at Advanced Roofleak Solutions. Wow, did he know his stuff - at least it sure sounded like he did. Hired him right away. His price was pretty much the going rate compared to the other contractors - I?d say even lower considering his knowledge. And even tho he was quite busy because of the recent rains he was able to send a crew the next day. Clean and secure. Ready for the rain!"
