"He was very nice but came in with a vacuum cleaner that smelled so foul I had to spray the house with Lysol after he left. Mopped floors with plain water (had hoped he would use floor cleaner to get the stink out) and failed to scrub around the kitchen sink. All for $160! Do NOT recommend."

"I reached out to Stacey for a construction clean up after a residential renovation project. I do not live in the area so She actually walked through the property without me (the property was vacant so there was no rush or any opportunity to hide anything). She gave me a price for the construction clean up and said she needed to have extra people help her which would cost a little extra. I told her I would get some other quotes And she proceeded to tell me how I would likely find lesser quotes however other people do not do as great as a job as she does and insisted that she would end up being called to come back and clean up behind other cleaning companies. I went ahead and got other quotes and still came back to Stacy and hired her paying her higher price. Long story short, I drove up from out of town the next day to bring some furniture to the property and the floor had not been mopped, there was still food in the microwave the refrigerator and the oven, there were wood shavings under the cabinets, the toilets were gross, the window seals have not been touched, the windows had stickers on them from the previous owner, and on and on . I sent her pictures and videos, she said that I was & nit picking and she said that she would come out and fix the items however never showed up. I ended up cleaning the entire house myself after paying her all that money. She basically took advantage of the fact that she knew I lived out of town and thought that I was not going to drive up to check to make sure the house is cleaned."

I called to file a warranty claim and their response was they will come out when they in the area which apparently is not very often. How interesting as they were out the next day for the initial job. Why should customers have to wait months to get the problem remedied? Constant calls result in we will get to you. Stay away from this company!"

We use all truck mounted equipment. We clean carpet, upholstery, tile & grout. All of our crews are well trained and in uniform. We do background checks on all of our employees
"They destroyed 3 large handmade wool rugs. Color gone. Mold and mildew. Horrible smell. They were Rude. Keep lying about delivery when they knew they destroyed the rugs. We had to throw away all three large expensive rugs. They were nice before the rugs got demolished [“your rugs are absolutely beautiful” “these are expensive rugs” “we want to make sure they dry naturally” etc.]. They dragged it out as long as we (gullible clients) took it, and demand the return of our rugs. That’s when they got ugly. They were absolutely unprofessional, Un polite…extremely rude “NASTY”. They finally sent the demolished, molded, almost rotten rugs that were clearly rolled and tied for a long time (at least a week), while they kept claiming they’re not quite dry yet. RUN….don’t walk away from these people. I think they’re scammers."

They missed three scheduled appointments, with customer care telling me "they are on their way", "the truck didn't start", or "I'll call you back in 30 minutes" (never called). We only pursued this because we had already pre-paid for a so-called "maintenance agreement". Sincerely, if you want to run a small business, please do it correctly.
