Same old story-- sales agent comes by, hear the pitch, sugar coats that it will be sub contractors working on the project, and then a wild range of quotes. Not a comforting process, especially for the major project (new deck/pergola) that we wanted. I had already gone through this process with other project bids and had mixed results, like everyone else. So when David came by and said only him and his sons would be building the deck--he had my attention. Suffice to say, our high expectations were exceeded. David and his sons took their time, were very detail oriented, always friendly/cordial/respectful. The build is very high quality, and the pictures speak for themselves. Barron responded quickly, came by and surveyed the work to be done, advised as to my best options and quoted me a fair price and fit me into his schedule with minimum delays, Less than 2 weeks later the crew showed up to start the job. The crew foreman was highly experienced, and I had confidence in him and Barron to tell me what needed to be done and some other things that would probably not benefit the job. I was promised from Darrell that they were going to send somebody out and fix part of the patio that had concaved in. I was also promised to have somebody come out with concrete and fix the bottom of the concrete poles that were put in to my patio cover.
