I believe their names were Erich Roeder and Greg (we never got his last name maybe?) and they were just the kind of electricians you want. They arrived as scheduled, and got right to work. They gave a complete and full diagnostic of a set of failed circuits, and made a couple of recommendations to resolve. They got us fixed temporarily since we had visitors and didn't want them climbing around in the attic or ripping out drywall late in the evening. He was quick to evaluate and gauge where the problem may be and openly admitted that there may be some trial and error as the problem did not directly show itself. Given his demeanor, knowledge and all around approach to his craft, I confidently decided to move forward. After patiently dealing with my hectic work schedule and several reschedulings, Dustin volunteered to do the work over Labor Day weekend. The repairs passed my initial hose test and followed suit with several rains we had in the area.
