"The technician, joswag, that came out to fix a simple problem did so much for me. Since it was a simple fix and I had done everything but miss one little piece, I was just charged the travel fee. That was more than fair. But then I showed him an issue I had been having with my newly built home of 6 months. I thought I might have a leak somewhere. He looked at the wall, the bathroom upstairs where it was probably coming from and determined that I probably did have a leak. He showed me what company did the work. I called the company and set up an appointment for examination all based on his suggestion to do so. He even waited with me while I was on the phone to enzure that it was all done and set up correctly. Afterwards, I told him that he could charge me a fee for the help he provided. He didn't and said that he was proud to work for the company because they don't nickel and dime people which I can attest to first hand. I can guarantee that they will be the first people I call if I am having a problem."

"Had a water pipe freeze and burst behind kitchen cabinets. Another plumbing company came out for 85.00$ and told me he couldnâ t help because it was behind cabinets. Mowery gave me FREE estimate the next day. Robert found and fixed my problem in a hour at a low price. Highly recommend Mowery and special thanks to Robert Vaughn."

"Could not ask for a better contractor! Always answered calls, was on-time, and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. His estimate beat all others and made this once in a lifetime, expensive, unplesant task, much easier! He has his own superior equipment and worked flawlessly with the inspector. He went above and beyond when encountering unseen issues! I couldn't have imagined this level of professionalism from any contractor in the way he executed the task and left the site spotless! Get your estimates and then call and hire the best, Mitch Alexander and his crew!"
