"Noble did and amazing job on our new composite deck. They were very thorough, making sure the base of the deck was in good shape before rebuilding it. We love the new deck! Definitely recommend them for this work. They also did a good job rescreening our porch. They were polite and communicative throughout the process. They also repainted our porch, and I would not hire them again for exterior painting. They did not scrape or pressure wash peeling paint or dirt before starting. We asked multiple times for them to use a high quality Sherwin Williams paint or similar but they used the same cheap brand that was already on it. It’s only been a few months and the paint is cracked and peeling."

"It was great, and we are so happy with our new addition! It took about a year from hiring them to completion, longer than I hoped but it was worth the wait. There were a few minor bumps along the way, but the crew resolved each issue promptly. "We picked Centennial for a number reasons, but the biggest reason was that we needed someone that would help us work with our HOA and the permit office in the city. Someone that was not only competent in the construction process but also could communicate logically to these two entities. After almost 3 months we got the go ahead to start the project. This was a 19 x 12 three-season room on an already existing raised 32 x 12 deck. The finish product was better than we expected. It’s gorgeous and we will be using it for a long time. I got the idea to start this project by seeing a few others going up in the neighborhood. Unlike those projects, which included a dumpster and a porta-potty in the driveway for months, this was not needed with Centennial. Outside of some sub-contractors such as painting, flooring, roofing and electrical, the Centennial team did everything else. Unlike other contractors, they were there every day, the hammering (noise) didn’t start until 9:00 am and they were gone by 5:00 pm, after completely cleaning up the area. Professional is the word I have to use. Brent Ash understands not only the project but also what’s important to his client, and Dave, his site manager is only a phone call or text away. His team members are knowledgeable, hard working and very considerate of the homeowner. The project started the last week of January and had a few interruptions for permit approvals, but was finished by the second week of March. Some of those days were extremely cold, yet except for the permit holds, they were there every day. All the materials used were of high quality. We give Centennial the highest rating for their quality of work and their professionalism."

"Kevin is super responsive and was extremely detailed in all the design details before we were even placed on the schedule. Once on the schedule it all happened in the time frame that Kevin said it would happen. Drew, who does the work, is really experienced and knows what he is doing. He is very pleasant and was flexible to accommodate small changes as we went along. There were a few picky attention to detail things that I wonder about and was a little surprised that Kevin didn't come around at the completion of the job for a walk through to make sure we were happy with everything. But the bottom line is that we love the porch and overall are really happy with the way everything went. We especially love the pet door that Drew built and the hardware that Kevin came up with. We are happy to recommend Kevin and Drew."

"Perma Pools will take your money and complete your project. But once they have your money, their customer service and concern about your pool and its needed services are over. Our pool was completed in 2022 and they received their final check from us in October of 2022. Upon the pool opening in 2023 they (mainly Daniel Majestic) refused to speak with us about our concerns about being charged for the opening (when we shouldn't have been), never took the time to contact me after multiple requests. We also had concerns about some of the pool completions items upon opening. They sent a young kid to check it out, the kid was kind enough and respectful, but did not help ease our worries about potential problems in the future. So if you want a pool I'd suggest finding a company that will continue to take care of you long after you have it installed the product, the pool itself is a long time commitment so I intended on using the same company for maintenance but I will NOT use Perma Pools again."
