"Bill came over to my Mom's house and did a complete inspection of the roof. My Mom was concerned that she might need a new roof before the rains come.  Bill was so nice and honest with his discussion with my Mom and me.  He said that she had at least another 10 to 15 years of life left on her roof.  I asked if I could pay him for his time and he said no thanks.  
I have so much respect and appreciation for Bill and Jordan roofing, that when either I or my family needs a roof, I will use them !!
And I will recommend them to my friends !!

"This is an update to a previous review where I gave the company an F rating for lack of response and updates to scheduling of my work after a deposit was given. Following my complaint, the company president reached out with an apology for the misunderstanding and was able to get my work scheduled and completed in a very timely fashion. My estimator and the crew that came out were great. No issues or complaints about the price or professionalism of the team that worked on site. I feel like they did a good job, although I'll have to wait for the next rain to make sure the leak is fixed. Barring the office staff that could definitely work on communication and responsiveness, I would definitely use Chandler's Roofing again. This was only a repair as a short term solution and I will be looking to do a full roof replacement once I complete the addition to the house in 18 months. I hope to give Chandler's Roofing another opportunity."

"What I liked in addition to their workmanship, which was outstanding is that they had an office I could go to instead of communication on the phone or waiting on someone to get to my home. I liked that all expenses, materials, everything regarding the work was written down in a contract and thoroughly and explained to me, there were no surprises with any additional costs, etc. They were very thorough when prepping for the job in that they did all repairs and touch ups prior to beginnig. They used high quality materials when replacing the Fascia boards. The amount of time they stated it would take to complete the work was 8 days and they were spot on. They came everyday and worked a full day."
