2) When something small came up that would be easy for him to say "you need to hire an electrician/ plumber/ framer etc" he just took care of it
3) he did everything himself-- he could have had day laborers do the demolition work etc, but he wanted to be sure nothing was damaged

5) he was always one step ahead of the project so nothing went wrong or felt behind 
6) he is old school craftsman contractor he cemented all the shower walls and floor to perfection then he installed the tiles perfectly

"SES is the best company you can think of when it comes to remodeling your house. I finished my project 6 months ago and the communication was great. "The installation team showed up early.  They came fully prepared for the job.  Cut out and removed the old existing windows (11 of them) and replaced them with energy efficient double paned ones.  All the mechanisms on the windows after a year work excellently.  The installation team then cleaned up in each window site that they worked.  Overall I would highly reccomend Action Services.
