"I was very specific about the cleaning jobs I wanted done, including leaving a note with all the specifics. They came late the first day but seemed to make good progress. When they returned the second day they were later still. I came right over when they said they were done and they were already idling in the driveway wanting to leave. I asked specific questions about jobs they were supposed to do that obviously had not been done, like scrubbing floors and dusting the chandelier, cleaning cabinets and wiping down walls in prep for painters. They said those things were done but they were not. Stains I pointed out on the floor they said they scrubbed but when I followed up, it took me very little effort to get them clean. They clearly did only the jobs they wanted to do and left other things completely untouched. I do not think they had the right products or equipment to do the job even though they said they did. Too bad because they actually cleaned some areas well."

"They came in and began working, at no time was a estimate given as to the charge for the service. They cleaned two chairs, and one loveseat. It took them a total of 30 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they were walking out the door. The charge for the service was $250.00. I told the guy that you have only been here 30 minutes, you are charging $500.00 per hour, his response was well, that is the going rate. He gave me a magnet with the business info on it, I gave it back, saying I would never use them a gain. You can imagine the quality of the cleaning that my furniture received as they only spent about 10 minutes on each piece .."
