"Chris responded within 5 minutes of my submission for a quote (and it was a Sunday!) We agreed to have the work done within a few days. When he arrived early this a.m. to do the work, he quickly advised me that I had been sold the wrong lumber for my project. He was kind enough to not charge me for his time this a.m. and has remained in touch with me regarding status of purchasing correct lumber. I will write additional review once work is finished. (System required me to assign a value for work quality, but I have no doubt his work will be high quality) He's a good guy! ***Update 9/29/2018: Chris returned today (Saturday!) to do the work and it looks great!! He also gave me some pointers on how to avoid problems in the future....very pleased with his work!"
