"Clarence provides outstanding service that you just can't find anymore. He was punctual, reliable, reasonable price and most importantly the work was high quality! He and his team rebuilt a portion of our roof by repairing it on our home. His service was so impressive that we hired him again to repair our 2 story backyard shed/playhouse and he installed a new door and siding on the entire structure to make it waterproof and beautiful."

"We called Garcia roofing to come out and check our roof etc because we had mild water damage above our stove after a big snow. Next day service. After checking in the attic and roof, he came down and gave me a thorough explanation that there was no leak and maybe just happened because some snow got packed in and was melting. Didn't charge me even though I offered because they came from Cedar Rapids down to Iowa City. "Part of doing business." So a honest business, prompt and thorough. I'll be hiring them for any future roofing needs."
