About Me My name is Don Jeffrey, some of my friends refer to me as Carpenter Don. I own and operate Don Jeffrey Construction here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. We have been serving Linn County and the surrounding area for over 15 years. We offer free estimates on any home maintenance, repair and remodeling. Once the estimate is approved, we will then sign a contract and ask for half the estimate down, and remaining balance when work is completed, and the home owner approves the work completed. I started building houses in 2012 by starting with my own house first. We don't like to push people into things they don't need and we don't sell just one kind of product.
