"Our GE Refrigerator went out on Christmas Eve. Facing a holiday & after finding out GE service would be 2 weeks out I contacted Home Advisor. Of the 4 on the list A Star Service was the only one who responded on that Holiday Monday 26. Sergio,was our service techician. He even called to see if where avalable before our scheduled time. He is very polite. When he told us the problem that our GE REFRIGERATOR OF 3 YEARS has been DISCONTINUED he made every effort to secure parts. With a 2nd service call after he spent an hour trying to install the circuit board it realized the wrong item was sent. To no fault of Sergio our refrigerator is still NOT repaired. We now have been told now it may take up to 3 months to obtain the circiut board for this discontinued refrigerator. This doesn't count the refrigerator fan (GE has 2 fans) They have one last option and should know this Friday 1/6 if it can be repaired or we buy a new refrigerator. Would I recommend this business: YES !!!!!!!!!"
