He also fixed our jammed door, the bathroom faucet, replaced bathroom towel rack and patio screen. If he did not have a part he would buy one. His rates were more than fair. We were looking to close off a room at the top of our back stairs to make a an extra bedroom, as well as repaint a few rooms and paint a built in desk, mudroom lockers, and railing.
