"I have been hearing a clicking noise with my shower door and it’s only about 9 years old. I just thought it was misaligned. I had had several contractors take a look at it and all said they thought it was misaligned. After Javier and Dennis from BathX took a look at the door they said they needed to take the shower door off and examine the inside of the hinge. Evidently the pin had broken inside the hinge and it was about ready to come off within a few months. I was really alarmed to hear this. I think people need to use a shower door expert NOT a general contractor when there are issues with shower doors. BathX owner, Mike went out of his way to help me. I also referred him to my neighbor who was also very happy with their work. Mike was competitive with his pricing as compared to other shower door companies. Thank you Mike, Javier, Dennis and Nicholas. I will keep referring you to my other neighbors."
