"There were large gaps between the pavers at the end of my driveway. When Pat got here, he convinced me to do additional work in other areas of the driveway. On the next visit, Pat said I should cut back some trees and shrubs around my property. A mature birch tree and an evergreen shrub was cut down to a stump, while I wasn't home. This appears to be part of his MO - as he added many things to the "verbal contract" every chance he got, doubling the contract price without providing any paperwork or receiving any signed approvals. Then when it came to payment he REQUIRED CASH. I am a small Asian woman and when questioning the quality of work he got visibly frustrated and shouted at me in front of my 8 year old that "[he] should have known better than to deal with a...." at which point I asked him to leave my property. The "great job" he did leaves my driveway looking aesthetically worse than when he started, and my pavers are still shifting - wish I could upload a short video."

"Selvin was nothing but professional, punctual and easy to work with. He was able to squeeze this job in as I hired him "late" in the season It was a gift for my son and his wife who are expecting next month and the yard got away from them. We also needed to coordinate them being home due to their dog not being receptive to strangers in her yard. So between many emails and Mother Nature cooperating last Sunday, the work was started. The work included weeding all the beds, trimming MANY bushes, digging out overgrown sucker growth, spreading mulch, mowing the lawn, just to name a few tasks. Oh I forgot to mention that Selvin initially said it would be a two day job, but got an extra crew together to do it in one day! He sent me a complete set of before and after photos in his email saying the job was completed. My kids are thrilled beyond words and I can't thank Selvin enough for a truly beautiful job of giving them their yard back. Money well spent for a quality job by an excellent business man."

"Outstanding service! Came out last week to fix a shower faucet. Yesterday it would not turn off. I left a voicemail and the owner called back firdt thing next morning. Joey came out and fixed it right away. It was not a work issue, a piece of solder fell from the wall and fell into the cartridge causing the pin not to close. If you want a straight up professional, reliable plumber that stands by their work, thus the company to use. I will definitely have them on speed dial for all my plumbing issues!!"
