Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig. Lux was not only very competent and professional, but they were genuinely very nice people. I highly recommend Lux for all your foundation needs."

It wasn't a very big job and probably not necessarily worth his time, but he was very responsive and understood my need to have the work done. He quoted me a fair price. The next week he came out as promised, and within a short period of time had the drainage restored and took away the debris. I would certainly hire him again, and have asked him to give me a quote on another project I need to have done."
