Came the next day when I wanted them to. You don't need to buy any supplies they come fully prepared. They let you know ahead of time what they use. I needed cleaning supplies for Marble and stone and they did not have but I needed that for my floors and countertops. Molly picked it up the day of my cleaning and called me that morning.
