I have some moderate to minor repairs I need for my home and am looking for a quote.
Here is the list in order of job size.
- Fixing an uneven patch of flooring.
- Fixing a patch of flooring that was water damage. (1 ft x 1 ft)
- Creating a slope + redoing tiling on shower floor for adequate drainage.
- Fixing 2 doors that do not close properly.
- Fixing 2 drain stops that do not work.
- Remounting of bathroom lighting fixture.
- Reinstallation of an expansion tank of the boiler so it sits properly.
- Building a level area for trash storage on a sloped section behind the building.
