They explained every step taken and were not annoyed by my questions. They were very respectful of the property and brought all the equipment and materials necessary to do the job. It turned out to be an 8 to 10 feet deep sinkhole! Yikes! They did the job in a few hours. Seeding is less expensive up front compared to sod installation. However, sod provides an instant lawn with minimal maintenance, while seeded lawns require extended care and can take up to two years to fully establish.
