"The quality of the final product was good, although I had to stay constantly involved in the project and continually catch mistakes the project manager missed. Our project was supposed to take 6 weeks and ended up taking 13 weeks to complete. We were return customers having used RemodelWorks for another bathroom remodel earlier in the year, but we felt as if rather than rewarding us for our loyalty to them, we became the absolute last priority for them. Early in the project our project manager got a job at another company and our project began falling behind schedule soon after we were assigned a new PM. Rather than working extra to catch up RemodelWorks went with the opposite strategy and would send workers out 2-3 days a week to work on our bathroom and fall even further behind. Incredibly frustrating experience. Could not have felt less valued as a customer. The only olive branch they offered was to offer a vague discount on a future project."

"Carini installed my mini splits a few years ago and promised me the world with their warranties. Well, turns out they botched something during the install and all of the refrigerant leaked out. They want $2,200 to refill and re-pressurize the line. Since they cross-threaded the screw that led to the leak during installation, this should be covered under the "Lifetime Craftsmanship" guarantee. Instead, they're trying to charging me a full day of labor to fix their mistake. Support on this issue has been dismal. It's been 16 days since they first diagnosed the problem and I still don't have a timeline for when this will get fixed. I chose Carini because of their warranties and their service record, but its all smoke and mirrors. You've been warned."

I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."
