"We worked with this company for a few years, beginning in 2018. They installed some shrubs, grass, and we had a lawn mowing contract. Unfortunately, probably due to the pandemic, they had a lot of turnover in workers. The quality of the mowing service went steadily downhill. On several occasions, workers would arrive while it was raining to mow the lawn, which tore up the turf. They even mowed over some of my small groundcover shrubs. I could not communicate with the crew as none spoke reasonable English. At one point my husband was discussing a new project with the owner, Brad, and Brad commented, "Well, it's not like it's a showpiece" in reference to our yard. I ended up cancelling our mowing contract and would not recommend this company."
