Throughout the process we have been struck by the craftsmanship, attention to detail, excellent level of communication and clear desire to make us happy (“we just want to see you smile”) that we have experienced. The design process was easy – our designer asked pertinent questions that helped us hone our visions and thoughts into reality. We felt seen and heard, in terms of defining our wants, needs, finances, etc. Demolition was extremely fast, and the teams made sure to keep the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. Each person who worked on our house demonstrated a dedication to quality, and whenever an issue arose, it was rapidly addressed and remedied. The workmanship is noteworthy. The first was to completely gut the master bath, change the layout of the master bath/master bedroom, install new tile/shower/fixtures/closet in the master bath, install new closets in the master bedroom, install cabinets in the closets, upgrade the baseboard heating, and paint both rooms. Michael did a great job. The plumbing and tile work in the bathroom was very high quality. The carpentry and painting in the bedroom was also high quality and all looks very nice. Based on this work we hired Aspire to remodel our second bathroom. This project included tearing out existing tile, plumbing, and fixtures and replacing with new and also applying a final paint job. This project was done with similar high quality and looks very nice. Overall, Michael did a great job and managed all the contractors making sure they also did quality work in a timely manner. Michael was also flexible to incorporate changes that came up in the course of the jobs and gave reasonable prices for the changes.
