I J determined from damage observed on the shingles that we should make a claim on our homeowner's insurance for the damage. The insurance company sent out the adjustor. I J was present when the adjustor was here. We contracted with Conrad's to replace the roofing shingles. I.J. guided us through the process from start to finish, excellent service. His installation crew showed up right on time and they were completely finished with the project in approximately 12 hours. Very professional. Cleaned up all the debris and left the yard super clean.
