I texted Adam Sunday morning and he responded very quickly and was at the house in less than two hours from initial contact. He was very open with initial verbal quote and in consulting on the issue. He did a very thorough job, making sure to test pressure and confirm no leaks. Also he discovered that my expansion tank had failed and replaced it. He stocked the parts in his truck and did not have to go get them. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and I would call him for my next plumbing service."

"Robbie" arrived about 1/2 hour later than I was told to expect him, but given rush hour traffic around here, that was quite understandable. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work, based on my experience with other plumbing installations and repairs, and did the repair promptly. Very satisfied and would consider using IPS again."
