"Joaquin Sanchez is very hard-working. He was cooperative and very interested in pleasing the customer. He did a great job in cleaning up the exterior of my home. Joaquin needs a better rain suit because he got very wet during the process of pressure washing the house. I would recommend him to do this work. He does need to be more careful around the motion detector lights."

He arrived on time and ended up quickly fixing various items around my home before a family event with minimal time! Not only did he complete the job but he went above and beyond to make sure the space was presentable, dry, aired out and ready to be used by guests and family shortly after repair.
