Offering weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or something tailored to fit your property's needs. Billing is sent out on the first of each month with an itemized list of all work completed for the month and a self addressed return envelope.

They were well priced and able to accommodate changes as the project progressed; let's be honest its always one thing on paper compared to seeing the install in real life. They were also great from a follow up perspective and accommodating when it came to making tweaks after completion of the project while we learned more about the upkeep necessary to maintain the new space. As with any major project, stay close to the project, check in on the details and make sure they know what you are looking for."
