I decided to go with a full replacement, and to install new mini-split systems throughout the house. Bowen did a great job working through some tough challenges to work the cleanest install possible. We needed to make a few changes to the install plan along the way and, to his credit, the owner, Broc, stepped up and worked out a fair way to get the job done and done right. "It’s been a while that I wanted to have a company that can come over and check the house for any problems that increased my monthly bills and to fix them at a normal price. I came across this company and I scheduled a meeting with Ezra and Charlie to come over and see/check. Ezra and Charlie checked the house for more than 2 hours and they found out that some of the windows were old and needed to be replaced with new ones. In addition to that, they recommended me to remove the water heater and to install a tankless system that will provide me with hot water only when I need and by having that, my bills will be reduced.The Quote that I got from him was good enough (to my opinion) and I retained them for the job. The work that they did proved to be good one and I see that in my monthly bills. It was a 2 weeks work and I am completely happy with my decision to hire them."

"First of all The Plumbers sent out Jesse and Todd to finish the work here, were very Professional and took care in not ruining the tile work of sink and were very good at cleaning up after themselves and was pleased they wore booties coming into the house. Jesse made it a point to get this problem fixed and taken care of promptly while still being very professional and explaining what he was going to do every step of the way. I purchased the deal for $89 for $200 of plumbing work and figured it would be enough. Well not really the old fixtures were very old and rusted, the u joint as well as other parts on the bottom were so old had to be replaced if I wanted new fixtures the initial price was 369 in minus the200, halfway through the project after a lot of work it turns out that the old fixtures were not standard at all and were a lot more narrow in diameter than american standard, so to accommodate I would have to either find the narrow diameter fixture or have a person trained in marble come and open up the hole..I said I would try to find the narrow size, if I couldn't find they could special order narrow size and place them in and I would pay for the fixtures. Ok after multiple days and specialty shops there was no narrow size available. So we went with option B and had the install their own brand Turns out was still to big to fit hole and with no sink I figured why not and had them grind down and take the risk so the new price including the fixtures was $769 including the $200 From deal so total was $969 pretty pricey, I am assuming I am paying 100 per fixture as I am using theirs. The Guys were Very professional and understanding regarding the size of the fixture holes. All in all if I had to do it over again I would have kept my original fixtures, maybe hired a handyman. But who knows how that would have turned out."

"Jim came out to give me an estimate on making my home more energy efficient. He looked around and made suggestions on how to lower our utility bills. I decided that a full upgrade was outside of my budget at the moment, but when I do decide to upgrade my home I will use HealthHomes4U because they are professional, on-time, trust-worthy and very informative. I was thankful for the time Jim spent with me going over cost vs benefits of individual items as well as cost and savings of the overall upgrade. I also really liked that they have non-caustic wall insulation foam that won't put toxic chemicals into the house and do more harm than good. And the Aeroseal product that allows for duct insulation/sealing from the inside of the system, instead of tearing through my walls and attic looking for leaks. The less tearing apart of the house the sooner life can get back to normal after renovations. 
I also appreciated that even though they are window distributors they did not try to push the windows, they explained that there is a huge mark up in window units and that the companies make big money on the sales and that it's actually not that helpful to the overall energy saving of the house. That if you are on a budget trying to get the most bang for your buck, you should go for insulating the walls, attics and ducts as that is where the most energy can be kept from leaving the house and save the most money. They took a look at my water heater and AC unit and told me both systems are larger than what I actually need for the square footage of my home and that I could save money on monthly utilities with smaller units, but it would not be worth the replacement cost as they are still in good condition (So in the future, when they eventually break, I won't be sold more than what I need for the size of my home because someone is trying to make a bigger sale- Knowledge is power).  Like I said, I decided that now is not the best time financial for me to invest in home improvement, Jim was really nice about it and did not charge me for the consultation. When I do have the budget for upgrades I will use this company, but until then I recommend them to those looking for immediate improvements. 
 I always appreciate a straight shooting contractor and as they are a rare find- I thought I would share my learning experience with the community. I hope your experience is as positive as mine.
