"Batu subcontracts the work, doesn't come to check on work. There is no aattention to details on work. Very bad job. 2 workers on the job. One quit because he doesn't he guys. At least thats what Ben told me. Keith is an older man and is not able to do this work anymore.. Photos are taking throughout the job. Hopefully Batu goes to the job sites to see work. He showed up once, and that was when I complained after I returned from NY. The painting was so bad it cost me so much more that it had too. And Batu doesn't even care to fix the issue. Be careful his pride is moreimportant than his work."

April 9, Chris installed a new irrigation pump with a 1-year warranty. I paid him 900.00, the agreed upon price. Saturday May 17. The pump is not working.; I text Chris He asks for my address but my phone is off. Saturday, May 17. text him my address Friday, May 23, text my address again Sometime after this, he fixes the pump, but it breaks down again. Tuesday, June 11 he is scheduled to fix the pump, but it rains in the afternoon Friday, June 13 I text to ask if he can come Monday, June 16 He comes out to install a check value & fix the pump. He thinks it might be the check value so he digs to the pipers, but there is no valve. I offer to pay him to install a valve as that seems beyond our original work. Tuesday June 17 I tell him the pump is working. but it is running through several cycles & I had to manually shut it off. He promises to come the next day to fill in the dirt & cover the pipes. Wednesday, June 18, He does not come. Monday, June 23 . He still has not yet come. I text him to tell him that the sprinklers came on, but that they ran from 5:00 to 10:30 when I turned them off. He did not respond, Tuesday, July 1 I text him to tell him I'm not happy that he has not returned to cover the pipes; in fact I'm disappointed since he was referred by Angi. Monday, July 6 I send him a picture with the dug up backyard, and ask him to fill in the dirt. He did not respond. Wednesday, June 9. I text him to tell him that the pump has stopped again. Maybe we should get a new pump since it is still under warranty. I am awaiting his response."

"We worked with S&W kitchens to remodel our kitchen. Luckily it was taking them WAY longer than they said it should because then the hurricane hit. We then contracted with them to fix the flood damage. The project went so badly that we told them not to do the bathroom. We just wanted them out of our house. They take on WAY too many projects and then don't have the subs to do the work. I thought it was because of the flood but the subs we spoke to said they ALWAYS do that. We live on the beach but most of the subs live on the east side of Tampa. Therefore they told us they couldn't be here before 10am. Then they left at 3. I suppose they didn't want to hit rush hour. The subs took no pride in their work. I'm sure if they were doing the same thing to their house it would be done right. The designer that we worked with "Joanne" said she had been designing kitchens for years but she actually had no idea how to do it. The appliance and cabinet doors slam into each other and can't be open at the same time. We had asked to have certain things done and when it was installed we asked why it wasn't to our specifications she said well that is standard. She lengthened the island 18" on her own then when it was being installed she said yes she changed it but it was on the plans. Is the homeowner supposed to go around reading updated plans? When we complained to her after installation of all these things she never even said "I'm sorry." The floors in the kitchen were not leveled before putting the lament down so there are soft spots. I'm told that will shorten the life of the flooring. Because of all of this, instead of being happy and excited with the kitchen and the rest of the house the joy was taken out of it because of all the problems. All in all a very horrible anxiety ridden project with little or no customer service."
